Gah! This time last week I was celebrating my Birthday with family and loved ones, and now I'm cooped up inside whilst it's pissing with rain ☔️Take me back to @coffeecoconuts with a hot chocolate and eggs on toast. P.S. I ate some GLUTEN and it didn't kill me... it was sourdough, mind. The most deeeelicious sourdough.

I can't think of a better way to start my 30th Birthday week. A surprise visit to Soho Farmhouse with my Mum and Meeths, complete with head to toe pampering and THIS 👀 triple layer red velvet chocolate brownie Birthday cake, made by my cake extraordinaire of a sister, @georginalily - it's free from all the things I can't eat, includes a serve of veggies and is made using a recipe from F+P. Only a couple of weeks now until I join forces with Maddie from @blidandhatton to bring you our take on a gut loving feast. A six course tasting menu that will cover all aspects of good gut food, with dishes including a Raw Cheese + Fermented Pickle Platter and Cucumber + Lemon Verbena Kefir Granita. I'm dreaming of topping some banana ice cream with these salty sweet toasted coconut chips. I've been extremely slack with recipes whilst I've been busy working on @fermentedbylab but I'll be sure to upload this one soon...
