Fermentation Fundamentals: Vegetables is a workshop based introduction to making fermented foods.  Create popular vegetable ferments such as sauerkraut, kimchi and a range of traditionally pickled (lacto-fermented) vegetables, using various herbs and spices to create a bespoke flavour profile.
