Coriander Seed & Ginger Tea

Super grounding and great for your digestive tract, this tea is the bees knees.  If anxiety or feeling a bit flighty are over familiar to you, get a cup of this on the go.

You don't have to drink all 4 cups, obvs.  Toast the seeds and store in a jar for when you fancy a cup.

Ingredients
Makes 4 cups

4tsp coriander seeds
Thumb sized piece ginger
4 cups water

Method

- Dry toast the coriander seeds.  Allow to cool and lightly break up in a pestle and mortar.

- Peel and slice the ginger.

- Add both to a pan with 4 cups water.  Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

- Strain before drinking.
