Avo Blackberry Smoothie

Writing recipes for smoothies sometimes seems like a bit of a cheat as the process is so easy.

This is another delicious way to reap the creamy benefits of avocado and makes for a super tasty smoothie.  This one's got a lot going for it too; protein, anti-oxidants and energy boosting.

I might try freezing it next time and see what happens, ice cream anyone?

Ingredients
Serves 2

200ml almond/rice milk
200ml coconut milk
1 avocado
150g blackberries (fresh or frozen)
2tbsp hemp seeds
3/4tsp maca - optional
3/4tsp baobab - optional

Method

- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.  

- Serve chilled.
