If you're anything like me, the first signs of rhubarb get you all excited. I feel like such a fraud when it breaks through the soil in my garden each year, as I've done absolutely nothing to contribute to that happening. Obviously nature knows how much I love rhubarb!
I love a crumble as much as the next person but thought it only right that I explore other ways to use this season's crop...
This is more of an assembly than a recipe:
Fill a jug with water and some sliced apple, ginger and rhubarb (quantities are up to you). Let sit at room temperature and drink throughout the day, poured in a glass over ice if you so wish.
