Pear, Parsnip & Ginger Juice

We all know that a glass of warm lemon water in the morning is good for us - it wakes our digestive systems up and gives the liver a helping hand... I swear by it.  This short juice does all of that and a little bit more.  With the added ginger kick, there's no way you're going to work sleepy.  It's also, of course, a great anti-inflammatory start to the day and I find it works wonders on my hay-fever.  If you like to save time in the morning, multiply this recipe and freeze in portions in a silicon muffin tray.  once frozen, pop out and store in a freezer bag  Take out of the freezer before your morning shower, drop into a glass and top up with water.  By the time you've finished doing your hair, it will be ready to drink!
